In November 2021, in implementation of the Grant agreement with the European Commission № 960467-2019-BG-GBV SURVEY-2, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) will start conducting a survey among households in the framework of the project “Gender-Based Violence”.

The survey is carried out in strict compliance with the requirements of national legislation and methodological recommendations of the European Commission. The survey will be conducted among all Member States of the European Union, using a uniform methodology and harmonized tools developed and validated by Eurostat.

An online conference on the project BGLD-3.001-0001 "New approaches to data generation for hard-to-reach groups of the population at risk of violation of their rights" was held on May 17 and 18, 2021, organized jointly by the National Statistical Institute (NSI) and the European Union Fundamental Rights Agency  (FRA).

The conference was entitled "First Results and Next Steps". Representatives of the European Commission, international organizations, state and local authorities, the scientific community and non-governmental organizations took part.

In April 2021, The National Statistical Institute has started work on the four-year project „Trusted Smart Statistics (TSS) – Web Intelligence Network (WIN)“ according to the Eurostat agreement № 101035829 - 2020-PL-SmartStat.

The National Statistical Institute has started work on a project ‘Global value chains-International Sourcing Survey’ according to a Grant agreement with the European Commission No. 101016185 - 2020-BG-B5483-GVCIS.

The National Statistical Institute has started work under the ‘SILC survey - Statistical infrastructure under IESS - BG 2021 module’ project since October 2020. The implementation of the project is in accordance with Grant Agreement with the European Commission № 101015905 - 2020-BG-SILC.

The National Statistical Institute has completed the work on the project ‘Improving Quality of Labour Force Survey’ according to the Grant Agreement with the European Commission № 07131.2017.003-2017.590.

The National Statistical Institute has started work on the “Labour Force Survey (LFS) - Statistical infrastructure under IESS - 2021 module” project. The implementation of the project is according to the Grant Agreement with the European Commission No. 101016529 - 2021-BG-LFS.

The National Statistics Institute has started the project ‘Registers and MNEs in Business Statistics’, according to the European Commission grant agreement № 101015887-2020-BG-B5479-BR-MNE.
