Trips of Bulgarian Residents Abroad and Arrivals of Visitors from Abroad to Bulgaria in May 2020
In May 2020, during the state of emergency and followed epidemic situation in the country, the number of the trips of Bulgarian residents abroad was 123.3 thousand, or by 83.8% under the registered in May 2019. In comparison with April 2020 the trips of Bulgarian residents abroad increased by 63.8%.
In May 2020, the number of arrivals of visitors from abroad to Bulgaria was 120.4 thousand or by 87.3% less in comparison with May 2019. Compared to April 2020, an increase of 48.3% was registered.
Business Conjuncture, June 2020
In June 2020, the total business climate indicator increases by 11.4 percentage points in comparison with the previous month which is due to more favourable business climate in all observed sectors - industry, construction, retail trade and services.

Tourist Trips and Tourism-related Expenditure of the Population in First Quarter of 2020 (preliminary data)
In the first quarter of 2020, 490.7 thousand Bulgarian residents made tourist trips. The majority (83.3%) of them travelled only within the country, 14.2% - only abroad and 2.5% - both in the country and abroad. Compared to the same quarter of 2019 the total number of the travelled persons aged 15 and over decreased by 47.2%.
Activity and condition of accommodation establishments during the state of emergency and the ensuing epidemic situation in May 2020
In June 2020, the National Statistical Institute has continued for third time in a row the monthly inquiry survey of the managers of accommodation establishments to gather accurate and timely information on the state and development of their businesses during the state of emergency and the ensuing epidemic situation in the country.

The average price per one decar arable land in 2019 in Bulgaria reached BGN 1053 and per one decar hired/leased arable land - BGN 49. In comparison to the previous year in the price of land transactions increase by 7.4% was reported, while the price of rental payments was lower by 2%.
