The Industrial Production Index decreased by 1.7% in June 2025 compared to the previous month. The data are preliminary and seasonally adjusted.
In June 2025, compared to May 2025, a decline was seen in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 5.2%, and in the manufacturing - by 2.4%, while a rise was registered in the mining and quarrying industry - by 16.9%.
In comparison with June 2024, a decrease of 8.2% was reported in the calendar-adjusted Industrial Production Index.
On an annual basis, a drop of the Industrial Production Index was observed in the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply - by 17.6%, and in the manufacturing - by 7.1%, while a growth was registered in the mining and quarrying industry - by 27.5%.
