Равнището на бедност е относителният дял на домакинствата под линията на бедност, определена като 60% от медианния общ разполагаем еквивалентен доход.&lt;/p&gt;</common:StructuredText><common:StructuredText xml:lang="en">&lt;p&gt;Survey on income and living conditions (SILC) is a tool for providing timely and comparable data on income distribution, level and structure of poverty and social exclusion. It is also the main source of data for microsimulation purposes and flash estimates of income distribution and poverty rates.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The following social fields are included in the survey methodology:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Basic demographic and other characteristics of the household and its members;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monetary indicators of living standards and social stratification of the population: data on incomes from different sources;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Non-monetary indicators of living standard: basic data on housing conditions; problems related to housing or neighborhood (location); access to education; health status and access to healthcare;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Economic activity, employment and unemployment of persons aged 16 and more;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Social services and programs and the participation of the household or its members in them.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;</common:StructuredText></metadata:ReportedAttribute><metadata:ReportedAttribute id="STAT_CONC_DEF"><common:StructuredText xml:lang="bg">&lt;p&gt;Общ доход на домакинството:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Прилагат се две основни концепции за общия доход:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Общ брутен доход на домакинството (НY010)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Общ разполагаем доход на домакинството (НY020)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Общият брутен доход на домакинството (НY010) представлява сумарна величина на всички индивидуални доходи на лицата членове на домакинството от следните източници:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Брутен паричен компонент на възнаграждението (РY010G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Непаричен компонент на възнаграждението (РY021G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Доход на самонаетите лица (РY050G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Доход от пенсия от доброволно пенсионно осигуряване (РY080G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Социалните плащания, които включват обезщетение при безработица (РY090G), обезщетения при навършена възраст (РY100G), обезщетения на наследници (РY110G), обезщетения при заболяване (РY120G), обезщетения при инвалидност (РY130G) и стипендии (РY140G) плюс доходите получени от домакинството като цяло:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Доход от отдаване под наем на движимо и недвижимо имущество (НY040G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Социални плащания, включващи семейни помощи (HY050G), целева помощ за жилище (HY070G), целеви социални помощи (HY060G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Регулярни трансферите получени от домакинството (HY080G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Доход от акции, лихви, бизнес инвестиции и продажба на имущество (НY090);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Доходите, получени от деца под 16 години (HY110G).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Общият разполагаем доход на домакинството (НY020) се пресмята като Общия брутен доход на домакинството (НY010) се намали с:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Регулярни данъци за собственост (HY120G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Регулярни трансфери давани от домакинството (HY130G);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Данък върху доходите и социално осигурителни вноски (HY140G).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Домакинство&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Домакинство са две или повече лица, които живеят на един адрес (в жилище или част от жилище), имат общ бюджет и се хранят заедно.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Домакинство е и едно лице което живее в самостоятелно жилище, стая или част от нея към дадено жилище и има самостоятелен бюджет по отношение на разходите за хранене и разходите за задоволяване на други потребности.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Еквивалентни скали&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;За пресмятане на индикаторите за бедност и социално включване се използва общ разполагаем нетен доход на еквивалентна единица. Поради различния състав и брой лица в домакинствата се прилагат еквивалентни скали. Използва се модифицираната ОЕСД скала, според която първият възрастен на 14 и повече години получава тегло 1-ца, вторият възрастен на 14 и повече години получава тегло 0.5 и всяко дете под 14 години получава тегло 0.3. Теглата се присъждат на всеки член на домакинството и се сумират, за да се получи еквивалентен размер на домакинството. Due to the different composition and number of persons in the household equivalent scales apply. Use the modified OECD scale, which gives a weight of 1.0 to the first person aged 14 or more, a weight of 0.5 to other persons aged 14 or more and a weight of 0.3 to persons aged 0-13. The weights are given to each member of the household and summed to obtain an equivalent household size. Its concepts and methodology have been developed according to European and international standards and using best practices from all EU Member States.&amp;nbsp; BG-SILC indicators are considered to be sufficiently accurate for all practical purposes they are put into. About 70% of the definitions and concepts used by administrative sources are close to those used for statistical purposes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;National Statistical Institute (NSI) is certified according to ISO 9001 standards. The certification confirms that NSI fullfills the quality requirements for statistics production. well as the errors taking place at the stage of data recording, data processing, etc.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In terms of precision requirements, the representativeness of the sample and the effective sample size is to be achieved. The effective sample size combines sample size and sampling design effect which depends on sampling design, population structure and non-response rate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Regulation 1700/2019 defines the minimum effective sample sizes to be achieved to compensate for all kinds of non-response. Precision requirements for all data sets are expressed in standard errors and are defined as continuous functions of the actual estimates and of the size of the statistical population in a country or in a NUTS 2 region. The estimated standard error of a particular estimate shall not be bigger than the following amount:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="" Той съдържа 6 независими подизвадки чрез прилагане на двустепенна, гнездова извадка. Извадката е стратифицирана според административно-териториални области в страната (NUTS3) и по местоположението на домакинството.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Размерът на новата ротационна група за 2025 г. е 2630 домакинства.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Критерии за стратификация и под-стратификация&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Извадката се основава на административно-териториалното деление на страната и включва всички домакинства в страната. Като основа за извадката на последната ротационна група (R3) е използвана базата данни от Преброяване 2021. Базата данни Преброяване 2021 всяка година се актуализира с Информационна система &amp;bdquo;Демография&amp;rdquo;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Извадката е стратифицирана според административно-териториални области в страната (NUTS3) и по местоположението на домакинството. Като резултат са формирани 56 гнезда (28 от градски и 28 от селски тип). Прилага се системно изготвяне на извадка от вторични единици (домакинства) за всяка основна единица. избират се основните извадкови единици - гнезда;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;на втори етап &amp;ndash; определят се домакинствата&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Размер на извадката и критерии на разпределяне&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Регламент 2019/1700 определя минималните ефективни размери на извадката, които трябва да бъдат постигнати, за да се компенсират всички видове липса на отговор.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Общият брутен размер на извадката (брой домакинства) е определен чрез анализ на нивата на липса на отговор и на отраженията на модела (дизайн ефектите) от предишните изследвания за доходите и условията на живот.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Общият размер на извадката за 2025 г. е 10160 домакинства, от които:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;7530 &amp;ldquo;стари&amp;rdquo; Всички лични и домакински доходи се събират чрез интервю. Където информацията е налична се ползват директно данните от административния източник. Националната агенция по приходите предоставя данни от данъчната декларация. Националният осигурителен институт предоставя данни за доходите от пенсии и други социално осигурителни плащания и от&amp;nbsp;регистъра на осигурените лица. Агенцията за социално подпомагане предоставя данни за получените социални помощи и обезщетения.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Интервюиращите и респондентите имат възможност за посочване на брутни или нетни компоненти на дохода. От 2012 г., доходите от работна заплата се събират само като нетни доходи. Формата, в която нетните суми се записват в базата данни са брутни доходи намалени с данък върху дохода при източника и социално-осигурителни вноски.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Брутните доходи се получават чрез сумиране на нетните стойности, изчислените/посочени данъчни и осигурителни плащания. Ако липсва информация за платените данъци или осигуровки се прилагат разпоредбите на данъчното и осигурителното законодателство. Ако някои елементи на доходите са получени само брутни или само нетни се прилагат съоветните преизчисления за получаване на брутни от нетни доходи и обратно.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Когато липсва информация за дохода се ползват данни от административните регистри на &amp;nbsp;Националната агенция по приходите, Национален осигурителен институт и Агенция за социално подпомагане. Данните от административните източници се ползват и за валидиране на данните получени чрез интервю.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-size: 12.16px; text-align: center;"&gt;Процедура по претегляне&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Базата данни съдържа следните тегла:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Домакинско тегло (целева променлива DB090) за получаване на действителния брой обикновени домакинства в страната;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Персонално тегло (целева променлива RB050) за получаване на действителния брой лица на територията на страната;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Персонално тегло за всеки член на домакинството на 16 и повече години (целева променлива PB040) за получаване на броя на лицата на 16 и повече години на територията на страната&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Теглата са изчислени така че да се вземат предвид вероятността на единицата за попадане в извадката, липсата на отговор и адаптирането на извадката към външни данни, свързани с разпределението на домакинствата и лицата в целевата популация, местоживеене или административно-териториални области (NUTS 3).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Претегляне на новата ротационна група&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Дизайн тегла&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;За първата година от панела, всяко домакинство от новата ротационна група получава извадково тегло, обратно пропорционално на съответната вероятност за включване на домакинството в извадката. Тези тегла са дизайн теглата на домакинството DB080.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Корекция при липса на отговор&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;За коригиране на неотговорилите домакинства се използва процедурата &amp;ldquo;weigthing classes&amp;rdquo; - класове за претегляне. Домакинствата се разделят на класове, където се предполага, че вероятността за отговор е хомогенна в рамките на класовете. Поради липса на информация (демографски характеристики) за неотговорилите домакинства тези класове са извадковите страти. Изчислява се частното на теглата на отговорилите домакинства към теглата на всички домакинства в даденият клас.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Корекция спрямо външни данни (калибриране)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;След отразяване на неотговорилите домакинства, базовите тегла за новата ротационна група се калибрират спрямо населението към 31.12.2024 година. Информацията за домакинствата е оценка от актуализираният файл на Преброяване 2021. Лицата родени през 2025 година не се включват в калибрирането, защото не са част от населението към края на 2024 година. За калибриране на теглата се използва SAS&amp;nbsp;Macro&amp;nbsp;Calmar&amp;nbsp;2.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;За калибриране се използва логистичният метод (М=3 в Calmar), като се задават горна и долна граница на g-теглата. G-теглата са частното на зададените тегла и крайните калибрирани тегла.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Калибрираните тегла с отразени неотговорилите домакинства са базовите тегла (RB060) за новата ротационна група и ще бъдат използвани в следващите години в процедурата за претегляне. Тези тегла са и лонгитудиналните тегла (DB095) на домакинствата от новата ротационна група.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Процедура за претегляне на ротационните групи от предишни вълни на наблюдение.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Базовите тегла (RB060) за всяка ротационна група от предходната година се коригират с неотговорилите, за да се получат базовите тегла за настоящата година. Процедурата за корекция се прави на индивидуално ниво, а не на ниво домакинство.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Корекция при липса на отговор&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;За коригиране на неотговорилите първо се маркират всички лица от регистъра (DB135 = 1 &amp;amp; RB110 in&amp;nbsp;(1,2,3,4)) за 2024 и проследени през 2025 г., като отговорили (настоящи членове на домакинството). Лицата, които са напуснали домакинството между двете вълни на наблюдение се маркират като неотговорили. За изчисляване вероятността всяко лице да бъде проследено между двете вълни се използва логистична регресия. Теглата на проследените лица се поправят с вероятността за проследяване (резултат от логистичната регресия) и се получават базовите тегла (RB060) за 2025 година.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Моделът се прилага за всяка ротационна група по отделно. Независимите променливи, които се прилагат в модела са: индикатори за бедност, образование, икономическа активност, възраст, пол, размер на домакинството, тип на домакинството, доход, тип на жилището. Зависимата променлива е дали лицето е проследено или не.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Новодошлите лица след първата година, които не са част от извадката, получават базови тегла за настоящата година като следва:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Деца родени от извадкова майка, получават теглото на майката&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Лица дошли в извадково домакинство извън наблюдаваната съвкупност, получават базово тегло равно на средното базово тегло в това домакинство&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Лица дошли в извадково домакинство от друго не извадково домакинство от наблюдаваната съвкупност, получава базово тегло 0.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Споделяне на тегло&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Според методологията на изследването, всички лица в дадено домакинство трябва да получат едно и също тегло (cross&amp;nbsp;sectional&amp;nbsp;weight). За целта всички лица в домакинството, включително и тези с нулеви тегла, получават средно тегло от базовите тегла на индивидите в рамките на съответното домакинство.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Корекция спрямо външни данни (калибриране)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;​След процедурите по отразяване на неотговорилите, всяка една от 5-те ротационни групи по отделно се калибрира по описания по-горе метод спрямо населението към 31.12.2024 година.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Обединяване на 6-те под-извадки в една&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;След приключване на описаните по-горе процедури по отразяване на неотговорилите и калибриране, отделните под-извадки (ротационни групи) трябва да бъдат обединени в една, тъй като всяка под-извадка по отделно възпроизвежда цялото население на страната към 31.12.2024 г. За обединяване на подизвадките всички тегла се умножават с подходящ &amp;bdquo;коригиращ&amp;ldquo; фактор. Поради наличието на 6 ротационни групи за 2025 г., коригиращият фактор е 1/6.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Крайни моментни (cross-sectional) тегла&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Калибриране на всички ротационни групи към текущото население&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;След приключването на всички процедури теглата трябва да се калибрират спрямо населението към 31.12.2024 година. Променливата има 3 нива:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;пенсионери получаващи пенсия за осигурителен стаж;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;пенсионери получаващи социални пенсии;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;всички останали.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;За разпределяне на лицата към дадената съвкупност са използвани данни от НОИ - броят на личните пенсии към 31.12.2024 г. С добавянето на тази променлива се целят две неща. Първо да се подобрят оценките за пенсионерите и второ да се намали стохастичната грешка на индикатора AROPE.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;След калибрирането се получава крайното моментно (cross-sectional) тегло на домакинството DB090.&amp;nbsp;Индивидуалното моментно (cross-sectional) тегло на едно лице (RB050) е равно на моментното тегло DB090 на неговото домакинство. (RB050=DB090).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Родените през 2025 лица не участват в калибрирането. Те получават&amp;nbsp;теглото на домакинството след калибрирането.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Изчисляването на индивидуалните тегла&amp;nbsp;на всички членове на домакинството на възраст 16 години и повече (PB040), се получават като се премахне възрастовата група (0-15) и се вземат предвид само отговорилите (или допълнените) на персоналния&amp;nbsp;въпросник лица (RB250 in&amp;nbsp;(11,14)). След това теглата се калибрират по описаните процедури и се получават персоналните тегла за лицата на 16 и повече години.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</common:StructuredText><common:StructuredText xml:lang="en">&lt;div&gt;The database contains a different types of weights:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Household cross-sectional weight (target variable DB090) to obtain the actual number of private households in the country;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Personal cross-sectional weight (target variable RB050) to obtain the actual number of persons in the country;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Personal cross-sectional weight for each household member aged 16 and more (target variable PB040) to obtain the number of persons aged 16 and more in the country;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Weighting factors were calculated as required to take into account the units&amp;rsquo; probability of selection, non-response and to adjust the sample to external data relating to the distribution of households and persons in the target population, such as sex and age, residence or administrative-territorial districts (NUTS 3).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Design factor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;For the first year of the panel each household from the new rotation group got a sampling weight inversely proportional to the probability of selection of the household. These were the household&amp;rsquo;s design weights DB080.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Non-response adjustment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;To adjust for non-responding households the procedure &amp;ldquo;weighting classes&amp;rdquo; was used. The households were divided into classes where the probability to respond was assumed to be homogenous within the classes. Due to lack of information (demographic characteristics) for the non-responding households these classes were the sampling strata. The ratio of the weights of the responding households to the weights of all households in the given class was calculated.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adjustment to external data (calibration)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;After reflecting the non-responding households the base weights for the new rotation group were calibrated to the population as of 31.12.2024. The information on the households was taken from Census 2021. Persons born in 2025 were not included in the calibration as they were not part of the population as of the end of 2024. For the calibration of weights the SAS Macro Calmar 2 was used. The logit method (M=3 in Calmar) was used for the calibration by setting upper and lower limits of the g-weights. The G-weights were the ratio of the assigned weights and the final calibrated weights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The calibrated weights with reflected non-responding households were the base weights (RB060) for the new rotation group and will be used in the weighting procedure in the following years. These weights were also the longitudinal weights (DB095) of the households from the new rotation group.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Weighting procedure for rotation groups from previous survey waves.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To get the base weights for the current year, the base weights (RB060) for each rotation group from the previous year were adjusted taking into account the non-response. The adjustment procedure was made on an individual and not on household level.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Non-response adjustment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;To adjust for non-response first all persons from the 2024 register (DB135 = 1 &amp;amp; RB110 in (1,2,3,4)) who were followed up in 2025 were marked as responding (current members of the household). Persons who have left the household between the two survey waves were marked as non-responding. A logistic regression was used to calculate the probability for each individual to be enumerated between 2024 and 2025. The weights of the enumerated persons were adjusted with the probability of following up (result of logistic regression) and thus the base weights (RB060) for 2025 were get.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The model was applied for each rotation group separately. The independent variables used in the model were: poverty indicators, education, economic activity, age, sex, household size, household type, income, dwelling type. The dependent variable was the one showing if the individual was enumerated or not.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;New members of the household after first year who were not part of the sample got base weights for the current year as follows:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Children born to a sample mother got the weight of the mother;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Persons who have come into the sample household outside the target population got base weight which was equal to the average base weight of the household members;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Persons who have come into the sample household from other non-sample household within the target population got base weight equal to 0.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weight sharing&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Each person in the household should receive equal weight within the household (RB050 cross-sectional weight). For this reason, each household member whit zero and non-zero base weight received average base weight within the household.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adjustment to external data (calibration)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;After the non-response adjustment procedures, each of the 5 rotation groups was calibrated separately to the population as of 31.12.2024 according to the method described above.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The same variables and levels as for the new rotation group were used for calibration.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Combining all (6) sub-samples&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After applying all procedures for non-response adjustment and calibration, all sub-samples (rotation groups) were combined together. Each sub-sample separately represented all population of the country. To combine all sub-samples all weights were multiplied an appropriate scaling factor. The scaling factor used was 1/6 as there were 6 rotation groups in the panel.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Final cross-sectional weights&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Calibration of all rotation groups to current population.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After successfully applying all the procedures the weights were calibrated to the population as of 31.12.2024. There were two reasons to use this variable as a calibration variable. First, get better estimation of pensioners and second, to reduce the standard error of the AROPE indicator.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;After calibration, the final cross-sectional weight DB090 of the household was obtained.&amp;nbsp;The individual cross-section weight RB050 was equal to the corresponding household weight DB090 (RB050=DB090).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The newborn in 2024 were not included in the calibration. They received&amp;nbsp; the corresponding household weight after calibration.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The personal cross-section weight for all individuals aged 16 and more (PB040) was calculated after the age group (0-15) was removed. Only the individuals who have responded (or were imputed) to the individual questionnaire (RB250 in (11,14)) were used.
